TERRIFIC TUESDAY!

Early in the morning, as he was on his way back to the city, he was hungry. Seeing a fig tree by the road, he went up to it but found nothing on it except leaves. Then he said to it, "May you never bear fruit again!" Immediately the tree withered. When the disciples saw this, they were amazed, "How did the fig tree wither so quickly?" they asked. Jesus replied, "I tell you the truth, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and it will be done. If you believe, you will recieve whatever you ask for in prayer." MATTHEW 21:18-22

I had a pretty good night last nite, but an even greater morning. I got a TV and DVD player for the trailer, I went home and got everything installed and working. I had a problem with my hot water heater not working on electric, with the AC, refrig, and hot water on electric it drew to much current and would blow the main breaker in the trailer. I had the hot water to run on gas, but this to was not working. I went out after it cooled down and found a leaking hose going from the tank to the regulator. I switched over to the good hose and attempted to use the water heater again, except it still would not lite. I was telling Angelia about the problem, and she said she would pray for the problem to be fixed. I don't believe in praying for myself, and nievely do not pray for small things, because I think God has more important things to worry about (silly me, no childs problems are to small). When I awoke this morning I looked to see if the red light was on indicating the water heater was hot, it was not. I went to check the water temp to see how cold of a shower I would be taking. To my amazement the water was hot. I jumped in and took a shower, and when I was finished, the red light was on. God is the perfect physician, and evidently a pretty good hot water repair man. In God all things a possible, you just have to ask. Did anyone see a miracle in their lives yeasterday? God is the beginning and the end, please slow down and spend time with him in the morning, evening, and the rest of the day. I trust you will have a blessed day, as I have already been blessed 100 times over. Thank you God for your patience with me!

BEAUTIFUL WEEKEND!

One thing I ask of the Lord, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple. For in the days of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle and set me high upon a rock. Then my head will be exalted above the enemies who surround me; at his tabernacle will I sacrifice with shouts of joy; I will sing and make music to the Lord. PSALM 27:4-6

I had a beautiful weekend, with Angelia! We spent Friday evening and Saturday morning setting up the trailer. I still have to get a few things, but for the most part it is home. Saturday evening we went to Angelia's friends for a birthday party, it was really nice and there was kareoke, which was enjoyable. Sunday morning we attended bible study, then I got a chance to help Angelia in the nursery. I got to hold two of the babies until they fell asleep, God truely blessed me, I have not had a chance to have a child fall asleep in my arms for a long time. Sunday evening, Angelia, her mom Doris and I attended Sunday night service, they had a celebration of vacation bible school. All the kids sang and a video of the weeks festivities, Angelia's great nieces (twins) had attended VBS, and were singing, I love to see what God does with the little children. I am feeling really well today, I have a CT scan on the 13th of July and Dr's appt on the 15th, Angelia is going to take off and go to the Dr's appt. with me, it will give her a chance to ask questions, as I have given my cancer to God and the doctor, I don't ask many questions. Everyone have a God blessed day, and look for a miracle in your life, one is coming!

MY FIRST CAR!

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again; Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. PHILIPPIANS 4:4-7

I had my doctors appointment yesterday. My blood cells counts were good, except my white cell count was low and my spleen was swollen. The doctor was not to concerned about that, or my stomach cramps so I guess there is nothing to worry about. I have an appointment to go through the camper and make sure I know how to use it correctly. I hope my check has cleared the bank so I can go ahead and bring the camper back with me. I am hoping all my physical ailments are related to stress and anxioty. The picture above is of a 69 Plymouth Fury 3, my first car was a 71 Fury. Seeing this car in a car show, really made me remember the old days. The man had owned this car since it was brand new, and had done nothing special to it, except drive it. I hope everyone has a great and God blessed day.

P.S. I may not have time for a blog update tomorrow, but if I get the camper, I will update from the camp ground when I check out the WIFI.

NOTHING FOR A WEEK!

'In the last days. God says, I will pour out my spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy. I will show wonders in the heaven above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke. The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord. And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.' ACTS 2:17-21

I am sorry for not updating in a week! My good health has allowed me to be more available to travel and work. God has blessed me and sent me to places to spread the good news. I can not get a picture to load today, I will try again tomorrow. I have purchased a 33' Prowler travel trailer. If the funds clear, I will be able to take possession on Thursday. I am going to move it to a RV park in New Caney, TX. I have plans to spend the weekend with Angelia, if no jobs call in that can not be covered by anyone else. Angelia's son Jimmy is going to be in Nacogdoches this weekend and I am looking forward to meeting him. Angelia and I are suppose to attend a birthday party for one of her friends on Saturday night, there will be kareoke, I am looking forward to this weekend. I have a doctors appointment at 3 p.m. today, for blood work and check-up. God bless and have a great day!

RAINBOW

And God said, "This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature with you, a covenant for all generations to come: I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth." GENESIS 9:12-13

I am having a great day! I am headed to Weatherford, TX to teach a class for the next two days. I ask that everyone pray for my Uncle Pete's family to help them get through this troubling time, my uncle passed away Saturday from a stroke and complications, he is loved and will be missed. I have found a trailer I am interested in, if it does not sell before I get the funds to purchase it, if not it is not Gods will.

When I wrote yesterday's blog, I upset two very good friends of mine. They read the blog and believed I was saying that no one else cared for me except Angelia. This could not be farther from the truth. I am amazed at all the friends I have and how much love and care they have shown me over the last months. Jan and Amanda have been extra special to me as they see me almost every day and always ask how I am doing and how I feel. If I upset anyone else who reads my blog I am sorry!

To Jan, Amanda, and anyone else offended I am truely sorry, and appologize. I will be more careful in how I phrase my sentences in the future. I love you both and don't know where I would be without your friendship and support.

God bless and have a great day!

HAPPY MONDAY AND TUESDAY!

But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. He chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things -- and the things that are not -- to nullify the things that are, so that no one may boast before him. It is because of him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God -- that is, our righteousness, holiness, and redemption. Therefore, as it is written: "Let him who boasts boast in the Lord." 1st CORINTHIANS 1:27-31

I have to appologise for not getting my update in quicker this morning, I was on a job and will be very busy tomorrow, so this is also tomorrows update. I did not make my doctors appointment, it is rescheduled for next Monday. I had a fantastic weekend, I spent it in Nacogdoches, with Angelia at the blue berry festival, and we attended church Sunday morning. I attended a Sunday school class for men only and found it to be very enjoyable, the Lord was really doing his will that morning. Angelia and I went fishing Saturday afternoon, she caught the biggest and I caught the smallest, but we had a great time. I have been blessed by God with Angelia's company and companionship, it feels really great to have someone to care for, and to be cared for by the other person. God bless and have a great week.

I'M BACK (SORRY)

Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, descended from David. This is my gospel, for which I am suffering even to the point of being chained like a criminal. But God's word is not chained. Therefore I endure everything for the sake of the elect, that they too may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory.
2nd TIMOTHY 2:8-10

I have returned! Last week I was in Tyler, TX, then I had to go to College Station, TX for a safety class, I had planned to update my blog on Monday evening. Monday morning I got send to Vernal, Utah to make a job. My air card quite working and the hotel I stayed at in vernal did not have internet access. Wednesday morning I was told the job delayed until Monday morning, my boss told me to come back to Houston. I did the 6 state tour in 4 days; Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Kansas, and Oklahoma. On the way back to houston I had the opportunity to visit with my Ex-wives family in Yukon, OK. I got to visit with my son and the rest of the family for about an hour, they are all doing well, and I feel like it was a blessing from God to be able to reconnect with all of them. I am leaving this afternoon to visit with my good friend in Nacogdoches, TX I have been looking forward to this weekend for quite some time. I appologize for not updating my blog, I pray I did not cause anyone to worry about me. My health is generally excellent, an occasional stomach cramp, but that is a small price to pay to be used by God to further his will. I love you all and God bless!

FRUITFUL FRIDAY!

"I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. JOHN 15:1-4

Once again God has lead me to a message through my picture taking. These are Texas black berries, they are the size of peaches :-), every thing grows bigger in Texas, including my love of the Lord. God has really been working in my life this week, through my friend in Nacogdoches, TX I have been lead to some great and inspirational sermons, and a great friendship. I am doing really well again today, thank the Lord. I trust God has blessed you today and will continue to bless you in the future, Through God all things are possible. God bless his grace and the power of prayer!

TREMENDOUS THURSDAY!

Is any one of you in trouble? He should pray. Is anyone happy? Let him sing songs of praise. Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective. Elijah was a man just like us. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops. JAMES 5:13-17

I am doing great today, again. I have a dinner date with my friend from Nacogdoches, TX tonight. The picture above is of the strangest wild flower I have ever seen. I took the picture in an area where Jan walks her dogs. I will be running the Tyler shop through at least Saturday evening, I hope to be back in Houston for my love/dare Sunday school class. I feel really strong and seem to have pretty good energy. God bless the meek they will inherit the earth!

HUMP DAY!

Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said,
"Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."
So we say with confidence,
"The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?"
Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. HEBREWS 13:5-8

I am doing very well today. I thought I would have had a log to process last night, but the customer has not decided if they are going to require it. I got the information and will process anyway, so when and if they decide I will have it ready. I am running the Tyler shop for the next two days by myself. Everyone is on a job, so I will be the only one here. Finally peace and quiet. I have a doctors appointment on the 15th for blood work and checkup. If my blood work is good I am going to have my teeth cleaned before starting chemo again. God will touch you or someone in your life today, watch and look for the miracles, so you to can be a witness for God! I love you all and God bless!

TERRIFIC TUESDAY!

Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business and to work with your hands, just as we told you, so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anyone. 1st THESSALONIANS 4:11-12

I am having a great day today! I went to Henderson, TX last night and had dinner with a friend I have been chating with on-line, text, and on the phone, She is an amazing women, and I had a great time. I am planning a trip to Nacogdoches later this month to visit her again during the blue berry festival. I praise God for bringing new people into my life, and I am looking forward to what tomorrow has in store. God bless and have a great day!

100th POST!!!!!

But whatever was to my profit I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. What is more, I consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ -- the righteousness that comes from God and is by faith. PHILIPPIANS 3:8-9

This is my 100th blog entry, I have to thank everyone who reads/follows this blog. I have prayed for Gods guidence in my scriptural passages, to ensure that his will be done through me. If these passages touch your heart, it is God working in your life through this blog, and everyone should give God the credit. God bless you and may he work a great miracle in your life and heart. I am feeling really well today I had a great weekend and church was excellent, we started the love/dare series in Sunday school, it is connected to the Fireproof movie. I think it will be an eye opener, as it shows how to have a biblical marriage. I am going to Tyler for the week, the manager is on vacation. I like running a shop, it keeps me on my toes. God bless the sinners through grace and faith.
