CHRISTMAS WISHES!

"Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger." Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying; "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests." LUKE 2:11-14

I pray that everyone had a great CHRISTmas, and are healthy to start out the new year. I am getting results from my CAT scan this afternoon, and will find out if my blood count is good enough for chemo tomorrow. Angelia and I had a great christmas, we exchanged gifts and got to spend the holiday with our son Jimmy. We attended CHRISTmas service Thursday evening, it was wonderful to be in God's house to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior. I am feeling really good, Angelia is off for the holiday and is spending it with me in Houston. God bless you and my thanks to Jesus for his sacrifice allowing my salvation.

CHEMO TUESDAY!

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. ROMANS 8:28

I was working yesterday in Bossier City, LA. After the job I went home in Nacogdoches, TX and processed the log, and then got up at 4 o'clock and drove to Houston for chemo treatment. My blood work was good and I am hooked up and getting my treatment. I am on furlough this week so I am going back home in Nacogdoches this afternoon. I get a CAT scan next week and will get the results the week of Christmas. May God bless you through out this day!

FABULOUS FRIDAY!

"The Lord lives! Praise be to my Rock! Exalted be God, the Rock, my Savior!" 2nd SAMUEL 22:47

I am having another good day, glory be to God! I can hardly wait for this afternoon, Angelia is coming down for the weekend. Next week I am on furlough, which is my week off with no pay, to help control our company cost. I am just thankful to have a job and insurance. I am making a pot roast in the crock pot, I love cooking for others. May God shine his glory down upon you!

COLD THURSDAY!

For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the spirit without limit. The Father loves the Son and has placed everything in his hands. Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God's wrath remains on him. JOHN 4:34-36

I am having another good day. It has turned cold today, and I can't seem to get warm, I wish people would quite leaving the door to the offices open. Angelia is doing well, she is going through a software change at work, and it is causing her stress due to deadlines for getting it on line. I am looking forward to spending time with Angelia this weekend. May God keep you safe and healthy during this upcoming holiday season!

WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY!

Then Job replied to the Lord: "I know that you can do all things; no plan of yours can be thwarted. You asked, 'Who is this that obscures my counsel without knowledge?' Surely I spoke of things I did not understand, things too wonderful for me to know." JOB 42:1-3

Having a wonderful day! Hoping to get alot of work done today, I need to backup several jobs that have been run, to free up some disc space. I would like to wish everyone a Merry CHRISTmas and a Happy New Year. God bless and keep you!

LOVELY TUESDAY!

Place me like a seal over your heart, like a seal on your arm; for love is as strong as death, its jealousy unyielding as the grave. It burns like blazing fire, like a mighty flame. Many waters cannot quench love; rivers cannot wash it away. SONG OF SONGS 8:6-7a

I am doing really well this week. I worked late on a log Sunday nite, and slept in Monday morning. I have nothing pressing going on this week, so I will try to get some tasks done that have been delayed due to chemo, and work that required my attention. I do not have a doctors/chemo appointment until next week. This weekend I was blessed to finish installing a wood floor in our house, I have only a few more pieces to be completely finished and then do the trim work. This next weekend Angelia will be at our trailer in Houston. Angelia did all our thank you cards from the wedding, and they will be in the mail this week. God bless you and keep you safe in this CHRISTmas season!

WORKED YESTERDAY!

If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing. 1st CORINTHIANS 13:1-3

I get my chemo pump off today, thank you Jesus! I was on a job yesterday around Beaumont TX. The job went well and I got the log processed at a descent hour. I only got two hours sleep the night before and slept good last night. I am feeling a little nausea this morning, but that may be from my sinuses draining. Allow God into your heart and all your days will be blessed!

CHEMO DAY!

Praise the Lord. Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who finds great delight in his commands. His children will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed. Wealth and riches are in his house, and his righteousness endures forever. PSALM 112:1-3

My blood work was okay, so the doctor said she wanted to do chemo today. She took my off one medicine that caused me to have a reaction, she said I would probably have another reaction, and it would probably be worse. She put me back on the other medicine that causes the body not to heal, it has been enough time since my surgery. I still get the pump to take home (yeehaw). The picture above is of Mrs. Doris (Angelia's mom), Angelia, and Jimmy (Angelia's son). Have a great day and may God bless all you do!
