I hope my cramps will not be bad today. Angelia has determined that when I eat bean burrito's my cramps are worse. I will hold off on food today to try to get a good day with little pain. I have made all the major arrangements to fly to Illinois and visit during the week of August 24th. Angelia and I are very excited about the trip, it will be our first vacation together.
