BACK TO WORK!

For even when we were with you, we gave you this rule: "If a man will not work, he shall not eat." 2nd THESSALONIANS 3:10

Praise the Lord I have been released from the surgeon to return to work, as long as I don't do any heavy lifting. The Surgeon removed my staples, drain tubes and said I didn't need to see him again unless there is a problem. I went to see the Onocologist at M. D. Anderson, they want me to do another base line CAT scan and bone scan in 2 weeks and then meet with the doctor to discuss restarting chemo. The colon tumor has been removed and 7 of the 15 lymph nodes were cancerous, so I have that to be thankful for. I have lost 45 pounds in the last 2 or 3 months, I think I look bad in the face, it is to thin. I am eating 3 meals a day to put the weight back on, I don't want to get back to 220 pounds, but 190 to 200 would not be to bad. Angelia and I have been working on wedding plans and invitations. I have been able to spend the last 3 and a half weeks with Angelia, and it was hard to see her go back to Nacogdoches last night, but God will allow us to be together when it will be for his glory. I may have to go to Oklahoma for a job today I am waiting for a call from my boss, when he finds out more information. I had better get off and check my e-mail before I have to leave. God bless everyone who reads this blog and finds your love and grace!
